One-digit phase of the weeks countdown
abgelegt unter: Mein Leben & ichYesterday Hai_di called my attention to the fact that we've already reached the one-digit phase of the weeks countdown for our Canada trip. *squee* In only eight weeks and three days we'll be visiting all of this...
and a lot more. And hopefully we'll see lots and lots of this as well...

But before there'll be hockey in Canada in May, there'll be hockey (and visiting tinaskywalker and meeting many, many of her LJ friends) in Hamburg this weekend and I'm really looking forward to it. I even have already got my bags packed. Well, stuffed to be precise. The replacment trolley I got from Lufthansa doesn't really seem to be made for anything else than one-day-trips.
Anyway I really really hope that my #1 team Cologne Sharks will beat the Hamburg Freezers [who deserve to be defeated every time, if only for this most idiotic team name in the history of German ICE hockey]. And because it would reduce Hamburg's slim chance to get into the pre-playoffs. And it would boost our chance to get to rank 2 in the standings. And then we wouldn't have to defeat my #2 team Iserlohn Roosters [I know not a typical icehockey name, but still better than freezers, right?] in the first round of the playoffs :-)
